What is required to take the Hawaii real estate license exam?
- You must have successfully completed the Hawaii prelicense course (either salesperson’s or broker’s, as appropriate) or have applied for and obtained an equivalency to the prelicense education course.
- For the broker’s examination, you must have applied for and obtained a broker’s experience certificate.
- You must be a United States citizen, a United States national, or an alein authorized to work in the United States.
- You must be at least 18 years of age and have a high school diploma or its equivalent as of the date of the examination.
